We are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our patients, staff and visitors. From the beginning of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, we’ve been listening closely to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and other agencies to stay up to date with the latest information.
What you can expect:
- All clinicians wear N95 respirator with a Level 3 Mask, eye protection, disposable medical gloves, faceshield, surgical caps and disposable gowns/one-piece disposable coveralls
- Air purifiers with UVC light
- High Suction Ventilation System
- We take temperatures on staff and every patient
- All staff and patients must wear masks at all times
- Pre-screen covid questionnaire on every patient 2 weeks prior appointment
- We screen everyone entering the dental healthcare facility for fever and symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or exposure to others with SARS-CoV-2 infection
- We schedule appointments to minimize the number of people in the waiting room
- Social Distancing – We’ve arranged seating in waiting rooms so patients can sit at least 6 feet apart
- We have hand sanitizer
- We have physical barriers (e.g., glass or plastic windows) at reception areas
- We pre-rinse with 1.5% hydrogen peroxide, alcohol free formula before each dental procedure
- Cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of dental equipment and environmental surfaces
- Use surface barriers to protect clinical contact surfaces, particularly those that are difficult to clean (e.g., switches on dental chairs, computer equipment) and change surface barriers between patients.
- Clean and disinfect clinical contact surfaces that are not barrier-protected with an EPA-registered hospital disinfectant after each patient.
